In the first couple of days breaking in my SE-40, it made a vast improvement, and I can now report that w/ around 75 hours on it, the sound has WAY MORE musical 'pace' to it then before. It also has, for lack of a better term, more cahones.
Even to the semi trained eye, I could tell how much modification work AND the quality of the soldering that was done to it! Joe at Glenwood Music who has biased it reinforced that.
