Just a note of appreciation for your return call on our GT SE 40 amp. It is obvious you know a great deal about this unique amplifier, and I'm glad you walked me through some of the important points; it makes me feel much more relaxed after the scare with the red-glowing tube. So again, thank you for your extraordinary customer concern, and I'm not even a customer yet! I get the feeling your company is sort of an Old-World craftsmanship place with pride in things designed and working well, probably like the famous Paul Klipsch company. My wife and I are greatly impressed!
