Title: Great Product and Service
I was looking for some connectors and a friend recommended Sonic Craft. I sent a question to the Customer Service email about purchasing some RCA connectors for use with 10awg Western Electric cable for my 2 channel system. Jeff responded and asked about the specifics of my situation. After several back and forth responses via email, Jeff said it would be best to talk if possible. He called me and I explained what I was trying to do. Had Jeff not taken the time to do this, I would have wasted money going down a rat hole! Jeff provided me a better solution and actually helped me place the order. He was able to ship the product to me in just a few days. I was able to install the new cables and everything sounds great! Extremely pleased with Jeff's knowledge and customer service focus. I will definitely be purchasing from Sonic Craft again.
