PAYMENT METHODS : We accept all major Credit/Debit cards with the exception of Gift cards. We do not except Gift cards regardless of who issues it. All prices and payments are in US Dollars only.
REFUNDS: Any partial or full refund will exclude the transaction fees. These fees are withheld by the Merchant Card Services, and not Sonic Craft. Thus, 2.9%+$0.30 will automatically be withheld from all refunds regardless of the reason.
HANDLING FEES : While there is no minimum to order, the expense of processing small orders has created a loss situation for Sonic Craft. Read this as, "Sonic Craft is not efficient with small orders". The $5.50 handling fee will automatically drop at $20 or more in parts. The $8.25 International handling fee goes away at $30 in parts.
SHIPPING : We make every effort to ship most orders the same day when received M-F before noon (12pm Central Time). All shipments are FOB Origin (Free On Board Sonic Craft). Sonic Craft bears no responsibility for the damage or loss of your package once it has been collected by a courier. Any damage, claims should be immediately filed with the carrier. In the rare case of shortage, or shipping error, this must be reported to Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery. All international customers are responsible for any applicable Customs handling, Brokerage, Duty, and/or taxes.
EXCEPTIONS : We reserve the right to refuse service or sales to anyone at anytime for any reason. We reserve the right to change prices and/or availability at anytime without prior notice. If a selected shipping method is not possible due to dimension or restrictions, we will contact you with alternatives.
WARRANTIES : All of our products, unless otherwise specified in their description, are warranted free of defects in material and workmanship for 60 days from the invoice date. No verbal advice shall alter this. Some products may require return shipment directly to the manufacturer. Any warranty return will require proper packaging, postage paid at the customers expense (including any applicable handling, duty, or taxes), and an RA# (contact Customer Service). At our discretion, warranties will be replaced only. Defect returns are evaluated, but will not be replaced if deemed defective as a result of misuse or mishandling. There is no product warranty, expressed or implied, which covers the merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damage/loss due to defective products or improper use there of.
RETURNS : We assume that our customers are ordering decisively, and know exactly what they are ordering. Therefore, we do not issue refunds. Returns are costly for both parties. In the rare event that we authorize your return, you will be given an RA number. Returns without RA#s will be rejected. Returns will receive in-house credit only (shipping is not included). Services already rendered like termination, matching, etc..., can never be credited or refunded. The following products can never be returned: tubing/sleeving/heat shrink/wire cut from bulk, Passive components (resistors, capacitors, etc...), Semiconductors, Tubes, Mod Kits, Custom orders, or anything outside of 60 days from the invoice date. Returns that are not in "as new" condition will not receive credit. This includes shipping damage during the return. A 20% restocking fee is applied to all returns.
PRIVACY : Sonic Craft only collects enough information to process your order, allow you to track your order, and notify you about new offerings (at your request only). We do not share or sell any of your information. "All" financial information is handled by our merchant card service.
By placing an order, you are agreeing to all the above. Our apologies for the nature of the aforementioned restrictions. Thankfully, this does not adversely affect the majority of Sonic Craft´s valued customers. However, with changing times, we all face new challenges. 4/19/2023
