Placing an order:  This may be done by phone, fax, E-mail, or snail mail.  Simply provide your name, Ship to/Bill to address, credit card info (if applicable), parts list, and a daytime phone number.  We will promptly reply with a total including shipping.   Credit card info should never be sent via E-mail!  

Credit card info-  will be the card number, expiration date, 3 or 4 digit security code, and the billing address for the card.  The billing address is the address where the statement for the card is sent.  International customers may be required to submit a non-toll free contact phone number for card provider.

Payment:  We accept  Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and United States Postal Service money orders.  With International orders, we also accept bank wire transfers (an added fee usually applies).  International orders paid with PayPal or CC will also incur a 1.1% overseas fee which is levied by these financial institutions.  Canadian customers may also use Canadian Postal money orders.  International orders will only be shipped to the "bill to" address.  All orders are pre-pay.  Sorry, no CODs, personal checks, or certified checks.  A state sales tax of 8.25% for Texas residents and 7.625% for Arkansas residents will be applied to purchases and shipping.

Wire transfers:  You must contact Sonic Craft for our bank information.

Minimum Orders:  Basically there is no minimum to order.  However, "the cost to do business" has become quite expensive.  The expense of processing small orders has created a loss situation for Sonic Craft.  Therefore, a $5 handling fee will be added to Domestic orders in which the parts total is less than $25, and a $10 handling fee for International orders in which the parts total is less than $100.

Domestic shipping-  will be handled by UPS exclusively for the continental 48.  All other U.S. destinations will be handled by USPS.  Damage claims or shortages must be reported at the time of delivery.

International shipping-  will be handled by USPS Air or EMS unless UPS is requested.  Damage claims or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Warrantees:  The products that we carry are covered by the manufacturer against manufacturing defects for a limited time.  Warrantee will not cover physical damage or abuse.  All parts have been tested by Sonic Craft and/or the manufacturer before shipping.  All warrantees are subject to the interpretation of Sonic Craft.  Products will be repaired or replaced only.

Returns and refunds:  We assume that our customers are ordering decisively and know exactly what they are ordering.  Therefore, we do not issue refunds.  If you wish to return a product, you will need to call us for an RA#.  Returns must be made within 60 days of purchase and will receive in-house credit only (shipping is not included).  Returns that are not in "NEW" condition will not receive credit.  A 20% restocking fee is applied to all returns.

By placing an order, you are agreeing to all the above.  I must apologize for the nature of the aforementioned restrictions.  Thankfully this does not affect the majority of Sonic Craft's valued customers.  However, with changing times we all face new challenges.
