PAYMENT METHODS: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express Credit or Debit cards. We also accept PayPal and Wire Transfer (fees apply). If you are paying via Wire Transfer, please contact Customer Service for more information. All prices and payments are in US Dollars only.
MINIMUM ORDERS : Basically there is no minimum to order. However, "the cost to do business" has become quite expensive. The expense of processing small orders has created a loss situation for Sonic Craft. Therefore, a $5 handling fee will automatically be added to Domestic orders in which the parts total is less than $25, and a $10 handling fee for International orders in which the parts total is less than $100.
SHIPPING : We process and ship most orders the same day when received M-F before 3:00 pm CDT. All shipments are F.O.B. (Freight on Board) Sonic Craft. Sonic Craft bears no responsibility for the damage or loss of your package once it has been collected by a courier. Further, if no insurance is purchased, the customer will have zero recourse. All Domestic UPS options include insurance. None of the Domestic USPS options include insurance due to the near impossible claims process. All International, except for USPS First Class, is insured. International customers are responsible for any applicable Customs handling, Brokerage, Duty, and/or taxes.
DAMAGE/SHORTAGE : Damage should be immediately claimed with the carrier provided your package was insured (see "SHIPPING"). In case of a shortage or shipping error, this must be reported to Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery.
EXCEPTIONS : We reserve the right to refuse service or sales to anyone at anytime for any reason. We reserve the right to change prices and/or availability at anytime without prior notice. If a selected shipping method is not possible due to dimension or restrictions, we will contact you with alternatives.
WARRANTIES : All of our products, unless otherwise specified in their description, are warranted free of defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from the invoice date. No verbal advice shall alter this. Some products may require return shipment directly to the manufacturer. Any warranty return will require proper packaging, postage paid at the customers expense (including any applicable handling, duty, or taxes), and an RA# (contact Customer Service). At our discretion, warranties will be replaced only. Defect returns are evaluated, and we will not replace products deemed defective as a result of misuse or mishandling. There is no product warranty, expressed or implied, which covers the merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damage/loss due to defective products or improper use there of.
RETURNS : We assume that our customers are ordering decisively and know exactly what they are ordering. Therefore, we do not issue refunds. Returns are costly for both parties. In the rare event that we authorize your return, you will be given an RA number. Returns without RA#s will be rejected. Returns will receive in-house credit only (shipping is not included). Services already rendered like termination, matching, etc..., can never be credited or refunded. The following products can never be returned: Wire cut from bulk, Passive components (resistors, capacitors, etc...), Semiconductors, Tubes, Custom orders, or anything outside of 60 days from the invoice date. Returns that are not in "as new" condition will not receive credit. This includes shipping damage during the return. A twenty percent restocking fee is applied to all accepted returns.
PRIVACY : Sonic Craft only collects enough information to process your order, allow you to track your order, and notify you about new offerings (only at your request). We do not share or sell any of your information. "All" financial information is handled by PayPal.
By placing an order, you are agreeing to all the above. Our apologies for the nature of the aforementioned restrictions. Thankfully, this does not adversely affect the majority of Sonic Craft´s valued customers. However, with changing times, we all face new challenges.
