This is a high quality fray resistant PET braid. This is "not" a common general purpose braided sleeve. The dense 10 mil monofilament braid does not require a hot knife for cutting. This sleeving will expand approximately 2x its resting dimension. Great for bundling and protection. Operating temps from 257°F down to -100°F. Note that the advertised dimension is the "flat" relaxed dimension, so bear this in mind when covering a round bundle/cable. Further, expansion can easily shorten the length by up to 35%, so be sure to order enough. Priced and sold per relaxed foot (0.305 meter).
