The leads are twisted pairs of unplated 22ga pure Copper. This twisted pair would require a through hole (via) larger than 0.046" (1.17mm). Short lead is on the "stripe side" which indicates shield, and exceeds 2" in length. Tolerance is better than +/-2%, Dissipation Factor is better than 0.005% at 1kHz from 0.1uF to 1uF. 600VDC Dimensions: 0.675" diameter by 1.50" in length.
